The organization of Ross Medical Group is like no other. Even before the virus, they have always been super organized, efficient, and punctual. Now due to the virus since everything is virtual, they still manage to be on top of everything and everything runs smoothly. Everything is so easy. From setting up the appointment, the virtual conference, to the billing. Everyone is super charismatic and willing to help. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Dr. Ross was fantastic, but my issue is with the customer service. I was a new customer, called ahead of time to verify they accepted my avmed insurance, which they claimed they did. I checked in to the office, presented my insurance card and told I was good to go. Now I am receiving a medical bill in the mail for over $1,000, and the reason is they do not accept my insurance. I was hopeful this would be my new primary doctor.
