Went there because of a co worker, and guess what it was the best decision ever. I was suffering from knee problems meaning i had alot of wear on the knees. Dr Ross scanned and suggested the hyaluronic injections, explained to me the anatomy of the knee and how it works. Now that I've done both knees im able to jog, play, and lift better than before. My knees do not swell 3 or more days like before. The staff was great from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Great practice, great staff and defenetly great doctor.

Dr. David Ross is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manners. He takes his time to explain to you and answers all your questions. His staff and nurses are very friendly. Been going to him as my Sports Medicine doctor for over several years. I have had him do several PRP'S at different times of the year to help my knees. He doesn't like giving cortisone shots so he uses another shot that is safer and doesn't give bad effects as cortisone shots to your body. He believes in a Holistic approach. Which I like. Dr. Ross draws your blood out for the PRP, uses the latest new equipment to get your platelets from your blood and uses a Ultrasound to make he puts the platelets into your joints. He is very gentle in drawing out your blood. He is very thorough to make sure you are not in pain. I highly recommend him. I am 76 years old and it took me a long time to find a doctor that really cares for his patients and that loves his job. Plus he does not rush you out of his office.

Been going to Dr. David Ross for over 3 years and I really love his great bedside manners and appropriate to medicine using other solution beside medication only as a last result. He uses the Ultrasound to check your problem joint to see the condition before giving his recommendation. If a shot needs to be given, Dr. David Ross himself puts the shot in the trouble area with the guide of the Ultrasound gently. This insures that injection with the medicine reach the right spot. Other doctors I have gone to before do not use the Ultrasound to locate the best place to put the injection. I love that. Dr. David Ross has helped my knee get better plus other issues using Phy. Therapy. He is very friendly and answers all your questions without rushing you. I highly recommend his services.

Sadly for years we were unable to go to Dr. Castro due to a change in our company insurance. When they changed once more, and he was once again included, we wanted to send up fireworks and have a parade! Dr. Casto is the best. Nicest of the nicest and one of the most totally thorough docs around. He also explains things in way that the "layest" of laymen could understand, and treats you like a family member rather than a number on a medical chart like so many others. Never forgets who you are, even after missing for years, and to me bedside manner is paramount, no matter how good a doctor you might be. Dr. Casto has it all!

One outstanding thing about Ross Medical Group for me is their hospitality. From their dad Dr. Micheal a primary physician, to his son Dr. David Ross, a sports and bones doctor, to Dr. Nicole Ross, a gynecologist, to their mom Mrs. Ross who manages the organization. They are fabulous people, they will make you feel very comfortable, they are not the type of doctors that want to rush you in and rush you out. They take their time to listen to you. Among all the Ross Medical Group, the only one I haven't met is Dr. Amanda Ross.

I visited Dr. Castro for the first time today and was so very impressed with his patience and listening to everything I had to say - and I can be very detailed. Never once did he show impatience as so many physicians are wont to do, and his understanding of what I was going through and my fears and concerns about the reason for my visit was very evident. My husband was a patient of this practice for many years and loved them and it broke his heart when they no longer carried his insurance. I can see a happy future here with Dr. Castro and since "bediside manner" is paramount to my comfort level with any doctor, I will hopefully be along for the long haul. Thank you Dr. Castro

Well I am still here at the cardiology section of Baptist Hospital due to some irregularities in my EKG that Dr. Ross found an immediately had me sent in an ambulance to the hospital from his office. It looks like I may have some issues however thanks to Dr. Ross who found it early it can be treated. There are special humans in this world and Dr. Michael Ross is one of them. I say this from my heart while it’s still working good thank you so much Dr. Ross. I will keep you posted as to all of the findings

I was happy because there was a cancellation and I was able to see Dr. Ross 10 days sooner than expected. The the doctor and his staff were courteous and prompt and were able to listen to my concerns, do all the tests I needed and decide on a treatment in a relatively short period of time.
